Post Production Services

Our 12 edit bays are comfortable and spacious; each is over 100 square feet averaging 10’ x 12’ dimensions. All bays have an automatic height-adjustable editing console, BlackMagic i/o hardware accelerator, Aeron edit chair, studio monitor, wall-mounted television/producer monitor, small sofa, and side table. We use Apple computers that support Avid and Adobe applications. Most bays feature large external windows to allow natural light in when desired, and include large blackout curtains to be pulled closed as needed. The building's attached parking garage makes parking close, safe, and hassle free.

Edit Bays
Each edit bay is equipped with client monitors, adjustable desks, edit systems that can run Avid or Adobe applications, and optional daylight! Adjustable sunshades and blackout curtains allow you to enjoy the beautiful views and sunsets or completely block out the light.

Auxiliary Space
Ample space with ability to be configured in a number of ways.

North Conference Lounge
Large conference room which comfortably seats up to 15 people and the ability to stream a feed directly from the stage. Perfect for a writers’ room, production office, or executive and client viewing room.

South Conference Lounge
Large conference room with couch, conference room table, and large executive/client monitor with the ability to stream a feed directly from the stage or screen your latest cut. Perfect for a client and executive viewing room.

Outdoor Patio
Building tenants can take advantage of the beautiful outdoor space, string lights and cushioned patio seating.

Kitchenette
Stocked with organic coffee, teas, and milks along with a variety of sparkling waters, delicious snacks and an ION water filter.
